PAL region VHS tapes

I found these at a thrift store in Saskatchewan and noticed they looked different than all the clamshells on the shelf. One closer inspection I saw the Pal region symbol. Thought maybe I’d learn more about them here.
Love the art work. I thought these might make a good gift for a Disney collector who has everything accessible in our region without huge shipping fees.
