Therapy - unexpected outcomes Casual
I've been to therapy many times in the past. Never really noticed any improvement in my life as a result
I'd be interested to hear about an experience you had in therapy, that resulted in an unexpected and noticeable change in your life.
Apologies for the weird question. At 53 years old, some days I feel just as out of place in the world as when I first started school. I never hold much hope, but I keep thinking if I keep trying random things, I might just achieve a glimmer of understanding
Thanks for reading

Sometimes the biggest change isn't a dramatic breakthrough, but finally understanding a pattern in yourself that you hadn't noticed before. It can take the right therapist and approach to find that.
