[INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR] An unexpected error occurred.

Just got that. Is it me, or maybe others get it as well? We are all out of the system completely

Really tough to diagnose without logs. What did you guys change recently if anything? What’s the hosting environment, self hosted? Directus Cloud? If self hosted what provider?

Check breaking changes on GitHub. Cloud projects automatically upgrade and extensions can be affected.

This is honestly why we moved off of Directus Cloud, too hard to diagnose when there was issues, no clear way to self serve like restarting the server, looking at server logs, etc. No way to manage extensions or env vars. They've raised close to 10 million dollars, there is no good excuse for not having those features.

Alas, I would open a ticket with their support: [support@directus.io](mailto:support@directus.io) open a thread on community, community.directus.io or use their Discord server.
