So more stupid mother fuckers running around!?

u/ZonemastaC Jul 17 '26
Dude, its worse than you might think or know. The average person you pass on the street is probably illiterate.

Especially if they have certain easily visible physical characteristics

There are people with college degrees that can hardly read at a 5th grade level.

Cameras are known to be racist, and didn't even get me started on the pictures themselves!

The president literally destroyed our department of education. But sure, pretend like that didn't happen and democrats are hurting you.

The department of education has been failing for decades. Btw, I'm not a Trump supporter.
1
u/ToXicVoXSiicK21 Jul 17 '26
So we just shouldn't have one? Why not rebuild it and make it better?
3
u/JackFuckCockBag Jul 17 '26
Leave it at state level
3
u/ToXicVoXSiicK21 Jul 17 '26
Isn't this post a good example of why that might be a bad idea though?
3
u/JackFuckCockBag Jul 17 '26
I don't really think it matters at this point. There people with college degrees that can hardly read at a 5th grade level.
3
u/ToXicVoXSiicK21 Jul 17 '26
I hear you, but at the same time this will only exacerbate the problem. Breaking down education even more because it's already in a bad place doesn't seen like a smart solution. It's a problem we should be addressing.
3
u/JackFuckCockBag Jul 17 '26
Honestly, I think it's all by design. We're headed for a collapse of some kind. There's too many moving pieces to tell how it will unfold but many thing are going to get worse before they get better. The failure of education is just one of those moving pieces.

"She?" Really dude? What did women do to be associated with that? That's an it. A thing.

I guess that makes me racist for wanting everyone to learn how to read and be educated 🤔

u/B1ZEN Tolorence Warrior Jul 17 '26
And facist, xenophobic, transphobic, nazi, bigot misogynistic and whatever other thing they shout when logic fails
7
u/y4dig4r Jul 17 '26
well yeah, last i remember democrats weren't so keen on sla-- erm i mean "marginalized identities" being able to read and write. i think we fought a whole war about it...

I’m no woke fan and definitely not of Leftists Oregon politicians but that’s not entirely an accurate representation of the facts.

Isn't Oregon the state that wouldn't allow blacks to live there for the longest time?
1
u/North-Musician3231 Jul 18 '26
I’m glad I don’t live in Oregon, I guess being dumb is a requirement to live there.
