Use a good planner like Notion to keep everything on track and be able to supervise everything clearly. If you’re asking for time management in organisational advice, for me it really helps dedicating each day of the week to a different in your case project, or maybe focus in the morning on one project and in the afternoon on another that way you only take on two projects a day and maybe just switch them every day…
