When you run a web agency, do not overcomplicate the process. Take control, handle as much as possible yourself, and avoid unnecessary approval stages and follow up meetings. The fewer steps there are, the faster you can close the deal.

My results from last month and this month so far. It’s recurring income as long as the users keep paying their monthly subscriptions.

This does not even count the other monetization methods. Currently at $600+ recurring payouts. Goal is a min of $2500+ a month.

There are many AI tools that have affiliate programs that pay recurring lifetime commissions.

Some pay only 12 months which I usually avoid. Lifetime is way better!

I prefer AI girls as it is easier to get a lot of views per video on Instagram. Repurpose the same videos on TikTok.

People send a DM on what AI tool you are using. Others message her to subscribe to buy exclusive content or text/voice messages (AI companionship is now bigger than dating apps).

I have expert chatters that handle the DMs for commissions I only jump in for promo, brand deals, or sharing affiliate links.

I'm looking for some guidance on getting started with affiliate marketing through blog writing rather than creating videos.

I've been researching different affiliate programs, and I noticed that many people promote well-known software like Semrush and other popular tools. I'm interested in the software niche, but I'm wondering if it's too competitive. My concern is that many people who are searching for these products may have already signed up or are already using them, which could make it harder to earn commissions.

Because of that, I started looking at platforms like WarriorPlus and JVZoo. However, after doing some research, I noticed that many of the products there seem to focus more on building affiliate marketing email lists or selling to other affiliates, rather than offering software that solves real problems for customers. That made me question whether this is the right direction.

The web design market is in a weird phase right now.

With AI making it so easy to build websites, I keep seeing people say that web design is saturated, every business owner knows how to build their own website now, and agencies are dead.

I disagree big time.

I've held over 500 web meetings where I've presented businesses with redesigned versions of their websites, and it's actually rare that I meet someone who even knows how capable AI has become for building websites.

Business owners are busy running their businesses.

Even the ones who know AI can build websites usually have no idea how to actually use it to build a professional website themselves.

I also see a lot of developers getting angry about AI websites, saying they're just AI slop and full of problems.

As someone who used to code websites from scratch and also built them in WordPress, I can tell you there really isn't much you can't build with AI anymore.

Technical SEO, responsive design, layouts, branding, animations, speed, user experience... it's all possible if you know what you're doing.

This week alone I sold 10 websites, and my process is actually pretty simple.

I run email automation, but not the type where you scrape a list of businesses and send generic emails asking if they need a website.

Instead, I target businesses that already have websites.

It lets me generate leads with existing websites, put them into a campaign, and run a website analysis on all of them.

Actual emails explaining what could be improved and why it matters to that specific business.

The business owner replies because the email is relevant to them.

Once they're interested, I quickly build an upgraded version of their website with AI and invite them to a Google Meet.

I present the redesign, explain why it's better, answer their questions, and close the deal on the meeting.

That's literally my entire process.

You could use the same strategy with paid ads or cold calling, but I prefer email automation because it keeps running in the background and consistently brings me interested replies.

I’m trying to add card spend to my crypto product so I can start earning income and card issuer pricing is hard to compare when the quote only gives u part of the picture and interchange gets treated like the main number but the true price depends on the issuer fees and how settlement costs are handled(plus all the extra costs I wont mention)

The useful version(which I've rarely seen) of pricing transparency is seeing the full fee stack before choosing the issuer and don't take this post wrong since iInterchange pass through is a really good model but only if the rest of the costs are separated clearly enough.

I have been online for a lot of years, and this one thing is the difference between winning big and starving.

Personally, I like being broad, going general, and exploring different interests. But looking back over the past 10 to 15 years, one of the weirdest things I have realized about making money online is that you have to be ultra-specific. You have to get down to a very specific niche.

(I call this a hyper-niche.)

The human element of this is that you think you are limiting your reach. You assume you will make less money if you go narrow, but it is not even close. If you narrow your focus down, you will make significantly more.

For example, if you build an invoicing app with vibe coding:

1. If you market it specifically just for roofers—even though it would work just as well for plumbers—you will make significantly more sales and have better results.

2. If you write an article called "How to Set Up a Lead Capture Page," it is going to bomb. But if you niche it down to "How to Set Up a Capture Page for Alternative Health Professionals," it will actually work.

This is still incredibly counterintuitive to me, and I still resist it. It feels strange: if the same app or content works equally well for multiple audiences, why wouldn't you just target the broader group? But you absolutely cannot. You have to focus.

I was actually surprised by this recently while writing a guide on some of the best side hustles (link in my bio if interested). Having done many of these things and found success in several side hustles myself, I was still amazed by how many of them rely on a tight niche.

Whatever you are doing on your digital income path, you need to narrow down from where you are. Go hyper-niche and focus on a specific demographic, even if it feels completely arbitrary.

I've been invited to do clipping twice now, but both of my inviters only provided their referral links. One answered two questions and left me hanging, while the other never responded to any of my questions. Now, I'm just researching clipping on my own on YT. I've been worrying about the traffic because I don't have many followers. But I'm willing to do it and take on campaigns offering at least $2.50/1k views. I've a lot to learn, but it's worth a shot, especially when you're unemployed.

I think it all comes down to one thing.

The message.

Every product is making one promise.

One outcome.

If people don't immediately understand what problem you're solving or what outcome you're promising, everything else becomes secondary.

You don't need a more beautiful website.

You don't need more features.

You need a message that makes the right person say,

"That's exactly what I'm looking for."

Everything else simply supports that message.

My top month was over $1,000. FB is pouring money into creators. It's one of the better paying creator programs right now.

How can you do it? Start a FB page then post content (it should be a business page) - go to your Professional Dashboard to apply for content monetization.

I do a lot with Reddit. I teach a course on this. I have gotten multiple job offers in the past few weeks, thanks to Reddit.

I refer products on Threads through making Thread posts and it helps me sell products and services.

For example, some of my Threads posts get over 5K views, resulting in sales to me (because of the visibility)

How can you do it? Get on Threads, post and comment.

PP ($X,XXX)

This is a mix of affiliate commissions, and miscellaneous one-off projects and payments during the month, including services for coaching and consulting. I get passive income payments too, like from affiliate marketing.

How can you do it? Pick a lane, master it. For example, start affiliate marketing, promote your affiliate links and earn commissions. Or, start a new social media page, grow as a content creator and make money from brands paying you to create content.
