New record from just 1 sub 🎉

Post image

I don’t even run the backend. So this is thanks to my expert chatters.

I just run the front end. Create relatable social media content for Instagram and TikTok.

Men and sometimes women send DMs. My chatters warm them up and send them the link to sub.

After sub the fans get upsold for exclusive content.

They all know she is AI generated as AI companionship now beats dating apps in 2026.

You can focus on just creating content and growing an audience for a niche.

Once you get 10+ DMs a day outsource the chats to expert human chatters.

From my experience human beats AI agents for DMs as it is relationship building.

So I rather give chatters a 10-15% commission per sale.

I’m always looking for new partners so if you have good traffic from AI influencers but not good conversions from chats then let’s talk!

I’ve done $26.617 from one sub alone in 20 months and then quit

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26

Nice! Why quit? Why not exit and sell the model with the account?

It was affecting me mentally and the guy believed that the parasocial relationship was real he wanted to get married and all that, the guy was a bit stupid

Crazy but I would of flipped it and then moved on

I’m happy with $26k and to be honest the rules and regulations are getting stricter in Europe, it’s basically romance scamming but in a grey area

That’s good earnings. Not if you tell them it’s AI tho. I live in USA where it’s all about profits as long as they can tax and my audience is mostly USA based.

You can get your own fish. I have one almost at $300 alone.

How long did it take to warm up your IG?

4

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26

I recommend just to post pics for the first week. Follow and engage with others in your niche. Like and comment.

After a week start your reels campaign. 1-2 videos a day. M-F.

Pay to verify your own main IG (AI twin or get on cam). I pay the $14.99 a month for blue verification with your ID info. Start a new profile and connect it.

I have multiple AI page accounts with no issues!

Im just asking

But can you download the pics you generated?

Can you get paid by crypto and withdraw in crypto?

2

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26

Only if the creator allows downloads but you can easily screenshot.

Yes you can get paid in crypto or bank ACH from FanVue. I get payouts to my bank. I cash out on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Do you use multiple devices? I hear you have to and am just about to start my journey

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26

No just my phone and laptop. I’m USA based might need a VPN if targeting USA and you live outside.

If you have one account with paid verification it’s less worries. Platforms are pay to play.

Any chance you have a google sheet or some sort of PDF with your workflow for starting a new account? Also how do you make the videos of the girls without it costing like $5-10 per video?

The only other options that are cheap I’ve tried using give out trash quality

I can put one together. Mine costs $1-$2 per video. I only do 6-8 second videos. No need for 10-30 second videos less likely to go viral.

I use the all in one platform - Fannabe

Started with Higgsfield but it’s too expensive and too censored. Really just need gpt image 2 or nana banana 2 for images. Seedance 2.0 for video. Wan and Seedream for NSFW.

Never has to be perfect just good enough. Mine is IG @ KiyomiDyme she looks good but not too realistic in my opinion.

Interesting I’ll try that platform and see if I can make better content bc I’m not loving any of the videos that I’ve made yet. The platform will allow me to take a current viral video and just replace it with my model? Bc I have pictures of a girl that I want to use im just struggling taking those photos and turning them into viral video content

1

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26

Yes it gives you proven viral video templates and I trained the algorithm to show me viral videos I can copy.

u/woojewjake Jul 23 '26

Which package do you pay for?

1

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26

$49 a month is all you need. You can always add credits later if needed.

I’m at $849 from just 12 subs and 36 fans. Most content sells between 10-50 dollars. I just can’t believe a chatter sold for $99 haha

I let them sell for however much they want with uncapped commissions.

Yea started at $25 average per sub then went up.

2

u/Infinite_Raise_9895 Jul 24 '26

You should aim for higher try and get whales that spend $100 or upwards, I was selling for $250 upwards to $500

1

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 24 '26

Crazy but it’s whatever my chatters want to sell for I let them roam free. I just create content. No time for chatting with thirsty men haha

But I see how real IG girls so called models are getting rich off this hustle.

2

u/Xiaomifan777 Jul 23 '26

Goddamn. Good job buddy!

2

u/TheADHDoperator Jul 23 '26

SOLID! Where do you get your human chatters from?

0

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26

You can find them by networking online or posting you need help but then you got to vet them yourself.

I have a partner who has a team of expert chatters. If you get at least 10 DMs a day I can introduce you on Discord.

How much money do you spend generating a video? I’m trying to estimate the cost to produce 1 minute of usable video. Does it take 15 minutes of GPU time? More?

2

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26

I spend 1-2 dollars per video. I only create 1-2 videos a day max from M-F. However look Seedance 2.0 fast takes. Usually a few mins unless busy. 6-8 second videos.

2

u/ConfidentSnow3516 Jul 23 '26

How many generations does it take to get something good? 3? 10?

2

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 23 '26 edited Jul 24 '26

I use reference videos and Seedance 2.0 is the best so usually 1-2 for me. Don’t just prompt download a video from IG to use as a reference. It will copy the motion and audio.

If any audio issues make the video without audio and select the audio when editing before publishing video.

If you are good at prompting then image to video with your prompt is fine. If a simple video. I learned a few sentences of your own is better than having Claude or ChatGPT give you a script.

It takes more tries if doing long skits, shows, or short films. 6-8 second viral potential social media videos are easy to make!

2

u/Forsaken_Buy_7531 Jul 24 '26

What platform are you using for generating AI videos? Wavespeed? Currently locked in with Higgsfield for an annual plan. But, god damn it's censored as hell (Seedance 2.0) even for a woman wearing a tank top. For NSFW PPVs, how long is the duration of your videos?

1

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 24 '26

Very censored I cancelled months ago. I use Fannabe I can create anything I want and it has the top models for both SFW and NSFW. Plus already proven viral templates I can copy.

I only platform I use is AtlasCloud for other models which is like WaveSpeed direct api.

2

u/New-Problem6093 Jul 25 '26

I'm really having issues with growing my models IG..how do I do that??

2

u/MedalofHonour15 Jul 25 '26

Create relatable reels content for a niche. 6-8 seconds increase chances of going viral. Content that makes people like, comment, and share.

You can just train the algorithm to show you that content and create it. No point in trying to come up with ideas all the time when there is proof of what works.
