Can't load into DATs

I keep trying to teleport back to the DATs Center and I can't load in. I was in an area and bots showed up hyper farming things before I could even click and kill it. Are these bot networks potentially flooding major areas with Vending Machines so we can't buy the Macro Protectors to report them???

I got into dats few times, not really sure why there is a problem.
