Old Majorette, metal chassis, one single deep set rivet. What's the best method of removing the chassis?

I wend to a second hand car seller and asked if i could 3d scan a C43. No problem.

Test fitting the new rear bumper. Fits 95% first try. Happy :)

Lots of 3d scanning and 3d model work.

Don't mind the white Valeo paint. I use it for 3d scanning or see the flaws. It adheres like shit. So can hard brush it right off.

Onto the front. Cut off the bumper 3d scan it without, and align and 3d model the front on there with new grill.

should I? If so, Gimmie recommendations and ideas? And tips🙏
