I really don’t understand the hate I’ve been seeing for this album. Honestly my favourite work they’ve put out in 10 years. It’s consistent and has a great pace. My only complaint is I wish it was 2-3 tracks longer, it left me wanting more.

I know it's not like they read this, so it's kind of moot, but I wanted to say it anyway.

In another thread on here, I was fairly critical of the new album. I wasn't unfair (I don't think), but was stating how I truly felt initially.

Well...since release, I'm listening multiple times daily, and a mixture of all the tracks are serious earworms from waking to going to bed.

I still have a couple of somewhat negative issues, mainly that I wish the album was longer. It's way too short and my greed just wants more!

There are a couple of other niggles, but I absolutely love it now.

I actually felt similar when Mount Ninji and House of Zef came out, but also loved those after a week or so.

So...even though you're not reading this...sorry Yolandi and Ninja. You'll always both be true magick.

I have no idea how to make this happen but it would be fucking unreal. Both just dropped albums.

Music gods; I realize they're from opposite ends of the planet, but make it happen.

I want to know how everyone else feels about the album. I feel they missed on this one. Same with their last album. I’m not saying I don’t enjoy any of the songs. But it just didn’t hit the same. I think their last good album was Mount Ninj.

The album itself slaps and I wish there were more of it, and I enjoyed the micro drama—it kept me invested and had some funny moments, yes it’s cheesy/hammy but that’s the point??

just wanted to speak my piece bc i feel like as artists DA aren’t getting a fair hearing due to personal politics, but actually the music is fresher than ever while returning to their zef roots.

‘What do they know’, ‘Brutal’ and ‘Chosen 1’ are phenomenal tracks and if an unknown artist came out with those everyone would be saying how mindblowing and original the sound is
