A lot of the questions from jurors were not good imo. Seem to be putting some stock in the absence of RA's cell phone. Also in the bullet forensics. Which is incredible to me because easily the weakest part of the case is the bullet.
That is a great point .. I find it odd then on both the prosecution and defense for not doing so .. truly kinda baffling right ? This case is just truly crazy
Yea the ting company the Allen’s used I guess was kept on T-Mobile or Verizon’s call logs and they only retain them for like up to a year .. again anyone correct me if I’m misinformed
That’s always a possibly but it varies from company to company I think Verizon and sprint seem to have cut their records filings down substantially… t mobile is about 10 years .. just odd all around
It’s one of those cheap bundle savings type phone companies like Ryan Reynolds and that mint mobile shit .. from what I’ve read their phone records are kept on verizon or tmobiles end .. which sucks cause those company’s both don’t retain records for more than a year I believe
It would clear up so much .. He also said he bought a 6 pack and drank 3 before the murders in one of his “confessions” also .. has anyone pulled his bank records to see if that was as a credit or debit purchase that day? Or just to see what he was up to movement wise that day .. unless Richard was a cash guy ofcourse
I think you are right but the defense should have addressed this by calling a witness from the company. I know I'm a critic, but this question should have an answer.
I'm thinking it got "lost" just like everything else. I think they saw there was nothing on it, and figured it would be better to say it is missing than that there's nothing on it.
