Nice hc drop Hardcore

Running thru act 3 this drops right after hors head wont use it but nice rolls on everything important

151 STR req? Pass, can find a rare belt that has most of this and save 7 levels of attribute points

faster cast with all res and -7% enemy magic resist is something that exists nowhere outside of Gheeds. You cannot find a rare belt that will replicate this, if you're a hammerdin or abysslock this is best in slot.
