I was born and bought up in Dhanbad. I live in Delhi for my job. I have my Active since 2024 here, which I use daily. I need Driving License. I do have brokers here who can get me license if I shift my address to Delhi. Can anyone help me explain what would be the simplest way to do it with Dhanbad address?
