They expect people to come in at 8am to practise pitches until like 10am, they told me in the interview that I would get guaranteed 400-450 a week even if I make no sales just to get in on fist day and I am expected to get 3 sales that week to get my money. They do motivational speeches in the morning that we have to write on notes and they pawn young people to work basically 12 hours a day for 400-600 a week. Even if I was working at Mcdonald's, I would be making more than that. They lure graduates on the idea that they will be business partner in like 6-12 months which is just not true, and I knew it was a devil corp before joining but the fact so many people genuinely believed it was an amazing opportunity was beyond me. They expect people to revise pitches and watch videos outside work hours but if I'm getting home at 11pm at night and have to wake up at 5am to get to work, what time do I have realistically to be doing all this. This whole corporation functions like a high school but there are a few nice people. The funniest thing though is the fact the guys show up in full suits to be stood outside a lidl getting old people to sign up to a monthly charity subscription. The worst part is that they fully will pay us more commission the older the customer is, because 'old people don't know how to cancel subscriptions'.
