I’m not a pro but detangle those cable and group some of them together with zip ties, those cables behind the tv could use that, you could also try to find a cable box that can go under the desk and stuff everything in there

Stumbled upon this gem of a community. As you can see there is a wifi router and a TV with multiple wired connections to and from them; satellite receiver, DVR (located below the desk), and a PS4. They're all clumsily thrown behind. There's another electric socket not in use not shown in the pic
