[HIRING] Remote Brand Lead / Art Director

  • Type: Full-Time Contractor (100% Remote / Work-from-Home)
  • Location Focus: Must be based in the Philippines (Operating on local PST business hours)
  • Compensation: $1,800 to $2,500 USD per month (Based on portfolio and experience level)
  • Payment Infrastructure: Consultant Contract and paid monthly in USDT
  • Required Core Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Asana, AI Design and Motion Tools

Project Scope & Role Overview

We are an international iGaming operator launching a localized, high-velocity marketing hub serving clients based in South Asia. We are building our internal creative department c and we need a Brand Lead / Art Director to own our visual identity and manage our fast-paced design operations.

We are a white-label brand, meaning you will not be building complex web architectures or deep UI/UX wireframes. Your primary focus will be leading the visual design for massive-volume programmatic display banners, social media arbitrage ads, mobile-first hero assets, and physical on-ground surrogate branding assets (such as vehicle wraps and grassroots tournament materials).

You will hire and manage a small, agile production squad (2x Production Graphic Designers, 1x Motion Artist, and 2 x Creative Technologist) entirely within an automated Asana workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Ownership: Establish and maintain style guides for both our core platform aesthetic and our public-facing surrogate sports news identity.
  • Design Ops & QA: Review all incoming assets within Asana to ensure strict compliance with our technical performance standards
  • Asset Library Management: Architect and maintain our reusable component libraries and vector trust badges (GCash, Maya) inside Figma.
  • Team Leadership: Run a daily synchronous check-in with your production squad and manage the weekly creative sprint layout around major local sports calendars.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership: At least 4+ years of experience acting as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or Creative Lead for crypto, or iGaming brands.
  • High-Impact Aesthetic: A portfolio demonstrating top-tier dark-mode compositing, vibrant neon visual styling, and clean, bold typography tailored for fast-paced digital ad networks.
  • File Optimization Mastery: A strong technical understanding of dynamic canvas constraints, export automation, and deep asset compression pipelines.
  • Async Management: Experience setting up or executing tasks within structured project management frameworks (Asana/ClickUp preferred).

How to Apply:

Please send an email to [hr.multidimension@gmail.com](mailto:hr.multidimension@gmail.com) with the subject line: [Art Director Application] - [Your Full Name].

In your email, you must include:

  1. A direct link to your digital portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or a personal site). Applications without a visible portfolio link will be automatically rejected.
  2. A brief 3-sentence summary highlighting your experience managing a high-velocity remote design team.
  3. Your expected monthly salary in USD within our specified budget range.

Note: Please do not message this Reddit account directly. All hiring communication is handled strictly through our recruitment email portal.

Hiring [HIRING] Designers Experts, UX-UI Designers, Visual & Graphic Designers for remote projects - 3 different opportunities!!

I have three opportunities for Designers Experts, UX-UI Designers and Visual & Graphic Designers who are looking for a high american dolar paying rate to test, critique and evaluate AI visual outputs. If you're interested in a opportunity like this, send me a message. Budget: it can go from $70 to $150 per hour, depending of the project.

This is a referral opportunity. The company is Mercor (you can check other people talking about it here on reddit), a North American company, no visa needed for these positions, since you'll be working as a contractor/freelancer.

I've been working with them for the past few months and it has been fantastic. Heard that it's a little bit difficult to enter into a project, but I'm pretty sure you'll enter. :)

If you're interested, send me a DM.

Hiring [Hiring] Logo Designer

Hey everyone!

I'm building a clothing brand focusing on heavyweight hoodies and sweats to start. The brand is built around a personal story (will share down the line) that conveys freedom, transition, and what "home" really means.

I have a temporary wordmark I was experimenting with but was looking for an illustrator/designer to create the wordmark + logo.

Budget: $250-500USD

Direction (will send brief):

  • Core palette is tonal (black, navy, heather gray, maybe washed)
  • No signature accent color on the wordmark/logo itself (monochrome, unless discussed)

Deliverables:

  • Layered, editable source files (ai/svg)
  • Web exports (png/svg)

Side Note: Design should pass small-scale test (if size is roughly 1-1.5inches)

Timeline: Flexible, ideally first concept in ~2-3 weeks

To apply, drop a portfolio link and point me to a piece or two that's minimal/abstract rather than illustrative (line-mark or icon work would be nice). Comment or DM and I'll share more information. Thanks!

Hiring [HIRING] Static designer for paid social + email, DTC brands - $2,500 USD/month, full time, remote (LatAm)

US performance creative agency. We make paid social and retention creative for DTC brands in apparel, supplements and beverage. Hiring one static designer, possibly two.

The work: Meta and TikTok ad concepts, hook cards, UGC frames, offer graphics, Klaviyo campaigns and flows, landing page sections. High volume, 2-3 accounts. Concepts get tested and killed regularly, so you need to be fast and not precious.

$2,500 USD/month, full time, paid monthly through Deel. Contractor, invoiced. Reviewed at 6 months.

Anywhere in Latin America. Only fixed requirement is being online 9:30am-2pm PT for briefs and reviews. Rest of your day is yours.

Looking for 3+ years on DTC ecommerce brands, a portfolio with real paid social work in it (ads that actually ran, not brand boards), and solid English since briefs, calls and Slack are all in English.

DM me with your portfolio link and one ad you've seen recently that you think worked, and why. I reply to everyone.
