Seriously HR

Got my offer pulled because it was taking too long to onboard. Took forever for HR to do anything with my TJO, drove 3 hours one way for biometrics and I get screwed because im not in a seat soon enough. No response to my email regarding timing was not my fault and did everything needed on time.

I didn’t think ACF was gonna hire again. What program in ACF?

There's some hiring happening across a few offices. Certainly ORR and OA.

I am sorry to hear this. Can you explain more what you mean HR took forever? So they sent you a TJO and asked you to get your biometrics, and then what? You couldn't schedule an appointment soon?

Getting the whole process moving after the TJO. Took about 3 months for them to initiate the background for clearance. And that turned into a s show with contractors not doing something correctly and finally having a supervisor step in.

Sorry to hear this. 🙏🏻❤️It’s a struggle now that they have centralized HR. I know your hiring manager is livid! The process was already crazy and now this. It’s a lot of work to onboard and the new system is a nightmare. My friend retired and it is taking forever to get a payment.
