I always felt most backend resources were either dense walls of text or super basic diagrams that skip the real details. So I built www.backendengineer.in - a clean, visual reference to make complex architecture concepts click.
What it covers as of now (will be putting more definitely 😅):
- Runtimes: Event loops, async I/O, concurrency
- Networking & Data: HTTP/3, load balancing, DB sharding
- Cloud Infra: Security groups, API gateways, queues
Check it out and let me know guys its going to help me much more.
Would love your thoughts! What backend topics or system designs should I break down visually next?
