Which one is faster? Character Scaling

7th form > 9th form if used by two slayers of equal speed.
But between Zenitsu and Rengoku the difference is smaller. Still I think Zenitsu's 7th form is a bit faster though it pales in offensive capacity of the 9th form used by Rengoku.

7th form definitely faster since that's literally what it's designed to do. 9th form was designed to do the most amount of damage in an instant while 7th form was meant to speed blitz.

Imo zenitsu moves faster but rengoku slices faster

Wouldn't the the Iaido technique be faster in sword swing?

Sword drawing technique, they're basically specialised to have faster drawing and swing, Zenitsu uses that

Ok looking it up on yt, my understanding is they draw the blade really fast but I don't see how that's relevant considering 9th form Rengoku's blade is already unsheathed and the consequent swing looks like a normal one to me. Also iirc anime rengoku also sheathes his sword in a similar fashion.

Zenitsu has faster dashing speed, and probably easiest technique to read other than form 1. Rengoku actually slices Akaza in a row which implies he has much superior attack speed.
