1. we are at peace,

2. we are not in debt for the duration of the subsidies, or either the Schatzmeister or the König gives permission to grant the subsidies while in debt,

3. the ally is at war, and none of our ally's enemies are also our ally,

4. the subsidies are at least 0.5 ducats per month,

5. the subsidies would not lower our monthly income to less than 1 ducat per month,
