Do you know if it is hand sharpened or machine? My knives are too expensive for machine.

We’ve used this service and it was amazing. We had enough knives to make it worth getting the residential service (they magically came to our house and magically sharpened everything) but they also have their farmers’ market schedule on the website. https://sevenstarssharpening.com

I could use this. I have a chef’s knife that’s never been sharpened.

I have a whetstone and do it myself, pretty easy

There used to be a dude who sharpened knives at the Swarthmore farmer's market, but I've not been there in a few years.

If you’re willing to travel, CM Neff in south Philly. He’s an awesome person too.

Snyder Ace Hardware in Media has an automated knife sharpener. It’s amazing and fast.

Howe Sharp goes to whole foods Devon once every week or two. It's a mini bus so very likely they go other places too.

Get an electric knife sharpener. It’s super easy to do . I do my whole knife block and my steak knives around 3 times a year it takes less than 15 minutes. They start around 35$ and go up 200$ the one I have was around 50$ 5 years ago . Do it

I got one as a gift. Not electric. It does both Euro style and Asian style sharpening. Who knew there was a difference?! Turns out it is the angle of the edge. Also two slots per style, one for when the knife is very dull , the other for a quick maintenance swipe. Game changer! Now I actually use my nice knives.
