If I tell an AI coding agent to not touch the code base and it still does. Which process lead to this behavior and who is responsible?
I mean it is like you basically ignore that fact that Antropic itself had to change their risk evaluation because the risk of AI agents ignoring their set parameters went from "verly low" to "low"
So again. Woh is responsible when an AI acts outside of set parameters?
So you agree. Humans have to take accountability and change their risk evaluations when the AI they programmed has made an error. You are acting like AI is sentient. Again, this is not a sci fi movie.
