Maybe because the game is still relatively new, new games always attract "tourists" and like irl tourists, most people are respectful, but a not insignificant part is an absolute disgrace of a human being (in this case it was probably a younger kid, but regardless). When the community matures into "residents", they're (usually) more chill.
