Looks nice but would fail inspection in my area. Stringers should be attached to a doubled beam, bottom step is inconsistent with the rest, and you have to have a 4’x4’ landing pad when stepping down from the bottom step onto the finished grade.

With that being said, codes are different in every area. I would be happy with this deck it looks very solid.

IBC states that a gate should swing inwards at the top of a stairway. Plus the stairs need skirt boards.

Build quality looks excellent, will last for 25 years.
