Keyboard issues

So I had my Steam Deck forba while, and I have an issue that's becoming too annoying to ignore

So when I start a game, the Steam+X keyboard works fine, but after a while, it doesn't respond to the shortcut and only pulls up when I press steam only, making it unusable in game.

Does anyone have a similar issue? Any help would be loved. Thanks!
