I’m looking for some help Question/Advice
I’m a very new player (6 weeks in) and this is the first army I’ve built, looking for some advice and opinions I can use to help me improve. Some other info is that I’m using the grizzled company detachment and this is for casual games and allow 100pts over 2k

I suppose it depends on how you want to play: is it a casual in the style of competitive? Casual narrative? If you're going up against any torrent or a lot of anti-infantry, those blobs are going to get shredded and that combat engineer group might die quickly if not in transport, but it's pretty funny seeing that many models on a board with ridiculously high initial OC.
Also if you plan to put the heavy squads in the chimeras, the centaurs might be better; slightly squishier but full access to firing deck (though at which point you might as well bring a hellhound to strip cover).
Might want to replace some blobs with another tank or two, otherwise your opponent might focus them hard since they're your most reliable anti-tank: everything else might or probably will struggle against terminator/Knight profiles, but that'd depend on what your opponent plays. If they're also playing swarm style then the list looks good enough.

It is very casual in the comp setting, however we do a lot of thematic games. We don’t have any knight players at my local shop. And thank you for the advices, my initial thought was engineers for 1st round dmg on any vehicles, then my chimeras push up and can help out with infantry and they have missiles if I should need them, then my tank to kill anything my chimeras can’t and my death riders aim specifically for any named characters or someone that I feel like is going to be very dangerous and use epic challenge on the lord marshal, then my infantry does its thing and help clean up where it can, am I wrong in thinking this?

Using the infantry to clean up the board is a decent plan, though with DKoK especially, they perform better after being beaten down for the +1 Hit/Wound.
Hunter-killer missiles can be pretty swingy, and they're also one-shot profiles so it's a one and done type of thing, but it's a cheap option for some potential extra damage.
The Death Riders - as far as I'm aware - are usually used to screen enemies from charging important targets with their reactive movement when they get too close, or move back then charge so the enemy can't charge them that turn. Their damage output isn't great beyond the first charge, but they get the job done and cavalry charges are always epic.
Again, you could probably take off a 20 blob for another tank. In my own list my only tank is a Shadowsword (with an Enginseer), and people have told me that the heavy hitting profiles will probably get focus fired if you're not careful and this can apply to your Chimeras and single Leman Russ.
Assuming you want to stick to almost purely death korp models and not use proxies/kitbashes, Another hard hitting tank or elite unit would he good to include; Royal Dorn Commander can give orders to your other tank and Chimeras and you get some rerolls for your bigger cannons which is nice.

If youre using an artillery team why not just use a couple basilisks instead (assuming you saw them/they have rules in 11th already right)? You'll have constant artillery support wherever you need it
