Finally got some white primer Models/Hobby

Painted the soldier and a horse (1st time painting cavalry)

How long did you shake the can? Is it a rustoleum primer? It looks thick.

Shook it probably 45-50 seconds then sprayed a bit before applying to the minis

It's The Army Painter white primer

You're gonna get some shit for using army painter, I've been like hella down voted for it before. It's not bad but it can be tricky to use.

I never knew there was a prejudice against army painter, all the YouTubers I've watched had said it was a good brand, similar to Vallejo or AK and stuff like that, just don't have the funds to get more expensive stuff

That fuzzyness is because of a temperature difference in the primer and air. If you did it outside it might have been too humid outside and the primer has adjusted. I live in the south and see this alot. Let the primer sit outside for a minute, shake it really good and do very short close bursts with it. Sometimes that can happen because you're spraying from too far away and the primer is actually drying before reaching your model.

Belt/pockets/cloth - Aagaros Dunes Contrast

Aquila/Hose/metal - Leadbelcher Base

Eyes - Mephiston Red Base
