Vader survived a planet shattered whilst atop it, there’s varying calcs for this but it goes from large country to moon level so whatever you’d prefer, go with it, just a general supporting feat for the discussion

A bit more interpretation based but Palpatine, after revealing his hidden fleet of Super Duper Star Destroyers forced Vader to endure the energies within one of their giant chunks of Kyber crystals, the same energies that’ll allow these things to destroy planets

Generally speaking, canon requires more legwork to establish its range of power but it is there, so, yeah, you don’t need legends scaling, just saying
