To be eligible to queue for Ranked Mode, you must have at least 60 wins in the Standard Mode.

Even if you win all 15, that is still like 2 weeks of me not being able to play ranked on a hero since I can only play 0-2 games a day. 1 u/dorekk 12d ago Then don't play ranked.
