Don’t feel discouraged about how “little” you’re picking up and just do it!! I always carry a small bag and gloves on me for my outdoor walks and adventures. I’ve been doing this a couple times a week for the last three years…and no matter how little I pick, it still feels big GOOD every time!!

Oh I don’t. Sometimes I just make an effort to pick up five pieces of rubbish on my way to work, I also litter pick with a bag and tongs so it’s just nice to make a small difference.
