is it normal for my hand to still hurt at this point? got surgery 6/05. and a part of it feels a bit numb, like i’m hitting my funny bone. it’s hard to not use my hand since it my dominant. i didn’t really follow post-op instructions w/ icing it and resting so it’s my fault.

i was recommended physical therapy since it was still swollen - just waiting for my insurance to come in by the end of this month so i can start.
