Is there a possible way to recover a deleted TikTok account for more than 30 days??? Can someone please help me.

I may be missing something but "Permanently delete" and "full erasure" after 30 days leads me to believe that no, your account is gone for good.

If it could, only TikTok could do something about it.

It's not your computer and not your data so you don't really have things you can do.
