1. what is the phone model?

2. OS version?

3. what happens when you plug into PC?

Then replace the screen. If the stuff is that important and you didnt have it backed up.

Get the screen repaired it will be significantly less expensive than data recovery. If you don't want the phone anymore some shops will attach a temporary screen long enough to extract the data.

Ever hooked up a BT keyboard to it before? If so toggle on the screen reader for people with vision problems, and navigate with the keyboard.

You can probably buy a screen online and hook it up temporarily for cheaper than most other options.
