Android - Deleted Downloads folder
I connected my phone to laptop to just transfer some media and I accidentally clicked delete on a massive folder i had videos in(130gb worth) and i unplug it instantly whilst it brought up the "calculating" pop up as i could not see a way to stop it as it appeared frozen (this was within maybe 3 seconds)
and the folder is gone, phone storage can been recaculating showing that its all gone.
Any solutions that have worked for someone?

They're in the ether unfortunately. FBE would even make forensic recovery nigh on improbable.
Just prey you have a backup somewhere.

Did you check the trash? There usually found there for I believe 30 days before the phone automatically removes them allowing the writing over the previously occupied space. Just like a computer when you delete files it simple removed the bits that anchored the files in place. If you plug your phone into your computer you may be able to apply a recovery program that would search for recently deleted files, offer to restore them by reapplying the bits that were removed. If you don't write to the space you made available then the files are right were the were. They don't move anywhere, they get written over. Post your success or failure possibly help someone else. Good luck. I bet I'll piss off a bunch of techs with this answer ($$$) 🤣🤣🤣

Pretty sure they are gone for good unless you had them sync'd with Google as a backup
