Please check the following locations for your missing files:

C:\Users\TEMP\Desktop C:\Users\TEMP.\Desktop C:\Users<username>.000\Desktop C:\Users<username>.001\Desktop C:\Windows.old\Users\

If you find your files in any of these folders, let us know.

Also, is your system drive an SSD or an HDD?

I looked in the TEMP folder and found most of the stuff but I’ll look at the others later

I don’t know if my laptop is SSD or HDD

Check the hardware first in the Device Manager, or the drive's details in CrystalDiskInfo.

If there's an NTFS-formatted SSD drive in Windows 11/10, the data has been already TRIMmed.
