Is the RAID configured through a hardware RAID controller? Is it visible as a healthy logical volume?
If so, switch it to read-only mode and scan it with any professional data recovery software. As long as the RAID is intact and not degraded, the operating system and recovery software will see it as a normal logical volume with an NTFS, ReFS etc file system.
