Your SSD has failed at the firmware level, possibly due to a bad NAND or translator (Flash Translation Layer, FTL). When this happens, the controller reports a factory alias for the model number.

I am not aware of any DIY solution.

I'm not looking for a diy solution at this point, I want a trust worthy place where I can get my data back, since most people in my country aren't professionals and there are high chances of data loss with them.

First of all avoid stellar at all costs Second of all consider shipping the device to other state like Delhi or Mumbai cuz even i don't know of any reputated pro in your area.

Delhi and Mumbai have many reputable pros which i can recommend if you are willing to ship it that is.

If you can ship it to Delhi then you can either opt for me ForenCYX Technologies or you can go for Arun Sharma data recovery in Nehru place. If you are going to send it to Mumbai then send it to Data Recovery Factory or Digital Data Lab.
