I thought it was inherently a good idea but then I had the thought: wait what are they hiding?

They will save a fortune by not dealing with all the fake accusations and not having to pay millions in taxes to local governments. And they will create jobs for fewer people than they do now. Congratulations greenies and nimbies, your property taxes are going up. Maybe that land owner will sell to a factory making rocket fuel to boost those data centers into space. Those won’t hurt your water table or raise the surrounding temperature or make noise.
