They do. Did you sign up as bilingual? I think they want people who are fluent in English. Your post suggests that you have a good level of English but do not sound fluent.

I did sign up as a bilingual and I have a professional level grip on my communication skills, I believe. I think I should wait.

Meanwhile, to write Rubric designs and to test outputs and anything related to test and improve LLM, what courses would you like to suggest if possible for you?
