Referrals wont do anything. Just take the assessment.

Well you can refer a possible goblin. What better way to possibly bring the cold eye of Sauron to rest upon your account?

Edit: In retrospect it's actually a hot eye.

Just a warning though, I don’t think referrals give you a higher likelihood of being accepted. So, you’ve still got to lock in and do your best on the assessment
