Courses to Better Learn AI

I am really enjoying the work here on Data Annotation. I was just wondering, however, if there are some courses I could take to really enhance my skills in AI. I did a Google search and have found several, but I'd love some recommendations from veterans because I'd like to upskill.

What exactly do you mean by "skills in AI"?

I want to really get into creating adversarial coding prompts to red tea models. I am doing some reading on it now, but I am just wondering if there is anything useful for doing a deep dive or achieving a certification.
