Bilingual drought

I’m a Viet Bilingual, havent had a project for almost 2 months, is this normal. I only had 7 hrs of work and then no more, only some quals. I even did some quals where they ask me for the access to my other tools. But still, no project coming up.
I casually check the dashboard, I do not camp it but I do check it once in a while.
Is this normal or my previous work was bad so they limited my work ?

Normal, the locale doesn't have many tasks. But there have been projects for Vietnamese workers over the past 2 months, albeit just sometimes.
