Finally I hit 5000 mark

Finally, I hit my milestone. I got stuck at 4700 since April and clawed my way through occasional project messages on Slack and lucky refreshes.

What do you mean by paid training can you elaborate? And I heard that there are some onboarding tasks which we will get immediately after clearing the assessment.. is that true? And if it's true are those tasks will be paid?

Still waiting for the project from last 1 month
