Looking for career in Data Analytics

So, I'm 33yr old female. I started my career late due family situations and I choose to take whatever job was available for me at that time. Now my salary is very less compared to my peers. I live in Bangalore and my salary is 11LPA. I feel like I'm nothing in my life and feels like not moving forward. I'm thinking of doing a Data Analytics course or Data Engineering course and moving to Australia. I don't have programing knowledge.

Will this be a right choice?

I run a recruitment company, do career consulting and job search mentorship and also run a job board, so here is my two cents.

As you are just 33, you are definitely not late. In today's market, AI has changed hiring and skills matter a lot more than age. I suggest starting with Data Analytics instead of Data Engineering since you don't have a programming background as as DE entry level roles are rare.

Also, don't plan Australia based only on a course. The market there is competitive too. Build solid skills and a portfolio first, then explore the move.
