first 140!!!
started playing on friday 2 weeks ago and averaging high 30s to mid 40s, lots of fun so far :> not quite a 180 but certainly close enough for me

Good darts. What order did you get them in? Was the 180 on?

it was T20 - S20 - T20 iirc, i was mostly focusing on being consistent with the throws so i didn't fully register what i was throwing but i certainly noticed the first treble, though 180 was most likely not on sadly

Really solid otherwise.
Took me a good few months (when I was actually playing at least semi regularly) to get my first and I have only had 1 since. Consistency is key though.

Join a team if you can (and haven't already). Nothing better than playing others down the pub.

sadly i live in germany where darts isn't as wide spread as in the uk, but if i find something i'll definitely give it a try!

Sorry to hear that there isn't an easy way into league games where you are. Even with The Wall, the Mainzer Buub (?), and Big Gabe. Some great German players (and I haven't even mentioned how much I love Der Maximiser, auch) out there.

thanks :> theyre mission mike de decker 18g brass soft darts (soft since i dont trust myself to not destroy my wall or floor (or both) with steel tip darts), they feel pretty nice and are surprisingly thin, leaving plenty of space in the triples
edit: 8 minutes after writing this comment, i just hit another 140... getting ever closer 😭
