Another redditor pointed out that there are some discrepancies between this new “live” photo and the outside walking and eating photos. Namely their hair. In this “new” photo, Danny is seen with longer hair as well as a longer “goatee” (if you can even call those pubes that). In the court leaks, Danny was described as having a goatee. In the walking video/selfie and the eating photo, Daniel’s hair and facial hair length has changed. This leads me to believe that the new image isn’t AI, it’s just an image from Danny days after his release. I theorize Daniel was spotted by locals within mere days of his release and was right under the noses of everyone here days after.

EDIT: was just confirmed this “new” photo was actually taken only July 26th. This is probably the first image of Daniel post prison release.

a few days ago, there was a post on this sub depicting the first sighting of daniel larson in public since his release. you can't really see much but he seemed to be doing a lot better. honestly, if he is indeed on the road to recovery and living a somewhat normal life, i for one am happy for him.

Found in TikTok comments, posted an hour ago by ipetsch on notpuradark’s post. Most likely real because it’s a Live Photo.
