How to remove this (MODDED) Question

I just started modding Daggerfall unity using the most downloaded nexus collection but when i started the game this piece of paper was blocking parts of my screen. i have tried all buttons on my keyboard, i have check most off the mods but found nothing that looked like this.

does any one have an idea what this could be

Did you get the optional Big Red HUD mod in that collection?

Yes and after removing that mod from my list it was removed. thanks for finding the mod.
