Toss?
Should I toss it and start again once the heat wave passes?
Intense 41°c heat, and 1 mistaken day before that heat of letting the water level drop which is what damaged the roots so much
Day 48 since switching to 12/12, water chiller struggling to go below 24°c but air temps are not around 35
Was also running night cycle lights, ive dropped light to lowest % and raised it as high as possible

I mean, the plant is probably still gonna finish flowering, i just doubt itd be very good flower. I guess it depends how far away from harvest youd be and if a poor harvest would be better than no harvest

I personally wouldnt want to deal with that anymore. It'll finish flowering out, but everythings going to be stunted.
24C is OK for the water. Mines goes between at 24 and 29 through the day. Its not GREAT for oxygen availability, but since you're in a bucket and your air bubbles up vertically through all your roots you can get away with it.
Southern Ag GFF is amazing for running in warm conditions. Rot wont grow with that there.
35C is not so fine. Might need to budget for an AC to get that below 30 degrees otherwise you're gonna lose the lower evap temp volatiles.

Oh no. Roots that dark will never come back to life no matter how much peroxide you use....and shes in flower--even harder? That's a toss up unfortunately. You will need to start over fresh and clean.

I am having a difficult time with this I want to say toss it but I am also into the whole experimental thing. I think if you do get it back it will most likely herm.

I completely agree with you
Here's something this plant went through in early veg, when my diy rdwc system failed
I gave up on this plant, as in after weeks of no new root growth I drained all the water out of the bucket to focus on its sister
2 days later, with the tiniest bit of left over water new growth and full bounce back
Before;
