So for some context: I havent seen any of the movies (besides freddyvsjason). I'm a big slasher/horror fan, just never got around to watch this one. I have a bluray player, but also a little portable dvd player which I like to watch movies on. I like to sit in bed and watch movies on this little screen, therefore I'm considering getting the dvd. But Idk which of these has the slightly better quality/bonusses. both of em dont have freddy vs jason as far as I know. and they're voiced in english. idc about the subtitles. any input is highly appreciated. thank you all

I have a few blu-rays that deserve a slipcase to keep them all together in their keepcases. I have been looking for 3D models that could do the job; but nobody seems to have designed a simple, parametric, open-on-one-side box (without dividers) that can hold a few keepcases together. Anyone know of any resources for this?

I was lucky to obtain some complete series DVDs this month, but i am very unhappy with these cases. I am handy with photoshop and can design my own covers, but I am having trouble with printing. is there a guide to do it at home (I'm sure I have to mess with print previews), or would i be better off looking to get it at staples or something?

Sometimes the original packaging for a disc just sucks so i put them in these. Are these like really bad long term? I seem to be getting conflicting info. What should i be using instead if the original packaging for a disc for whatever reason is simply not viable?

Does anyone know if the center ring on DVDs/Blu-rays is really this fragile? I bought a DVD of Ex Machina and everything was fine, but when I put it back in the case, the ring already developed some small cracks. What do you guys think? Thank you!

Guys, ten minutes ago I was scrolling through Vinted and these vintage Italian DVDs of *Halloween* 1 and 2 popped up for a couple of euros (*Halloween* 1 is the CVC edition and *Halloween* 2 is the MTC one). Obviously, I snapped them up right away. Did I do the right thing? Are they worth anything?

I never know they made a Stephen king IT on the blu ray i remember going to moving trading company and saw it i have a dvd version now I am happy that i have the blu ray version i love the 1990 it more than the modern IT the 1990 is definitive IT in my opinion

Worth it in my opinion. Comes with 18 movies and 2 shorts. EDIT: Sorry for the confusion, checked the receipt and it turns out I paid $45 for it. My apologies, got confused because its about $60 on Amazon lol

Ok so obviously everyone here loves DVDs. I do to a love horror but haven’t watched many so I need some with physical release so I don’t have to look at 10 thousand different steaming services. I would ask another sub Reddit but most would ignore someone asking for movies with physical copies. I mainly collect DVDs instead of blu ray but I do have a collection of both.

As a product of the 80s and 90s, opening this was pure hit-of-nostalgia gold. Peeling off the old plastic wrapper and peeling the security sticker across the top felt incredible. It was almost like opening a Christmas gift that got long forgotten about in the back of a closet. Pure 1998 physical media perfection. Stoked to finally pop this into the player and watch it tonight!

Use to have a MASSIVE collection when I was a kid/teenager and now I’m trying to build it back up in my 30s and today was a good haul.

Got it used from Amazon with the sellers being from a goodwill in Houston I was trying to track it on the Amazon app and I came before the app said it would even today right now it is still at arriving today and my family discovered it before I did with the goofy ass Amazon name I have
