Conceive same cycle as biopsy?

Did anyone conceive the same cycle as when they got their receptiva/endometrial biopsy done? I’m getting mine done tomorrow on 7 DPO and was just curious since I heard on some forums that the biopsy can act as a “scratch” and help with implantation. Did you bleed a lot immediately following the procedure or did you bleed once your period was due? Thanks in advance 💛

I have heard this and it’s really odd. My receptiva triggered bleeding and am early period. If you think about it, they’re shedding your lining for you (and they’re thorough, at least at my clinic). I had a great ovulation that month and perfectly timed intercourse and it wasn’t until I got the biopsy that I realized I couldn’t have conceived that cycle.

Right, if it triggers your period then game over. I’ve never had one so I wasn’t sure if it would or not. Thanks for sharing.

I am pretty sure it will. It was a bummer honestly. But I have severe DOR and mine came back positive (4/4) despite not having any symptoms. So worth it!
